SHIPPING POLICY

We ship USPS Priority 2-3 day to have your order arrive a day or two prior to your event. This assures that your cookies arrive to you as fresh as possible.  **Please assure that your ‘ship to’ address is accurate as this is the only address used for shipping. We try to only ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of each week to ensure the fastest delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no way to control weather conditions. If you are experiencing extreme weather conditions which could cause delays, please contact us immediately. *** We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to weather conditions or delays in deliveries***

We are not be responsible for uncollected packages, un-deliverable or incorrect addresses. ** No refunds will be submitted in these situations. ** The address you use as your ‘ship to’ address is the sole address used while shipping. Please take a moment to assure that it is 100% accurate prior to submitting your order.

**During holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 extra days ( on top of the 2-3 for Priority) for shipping.**

While we do ship USPS Priority, we do also understand that delays happen. We cannot control delays in shipping once your order has been shipped. We ship all orders to allow extra time based on the USPS delivery selection. Please let us know if you are experiencing any extreme weather conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Cookies or any baked goods are not refundable. Every cookie is unique and may vary slightly from the photo and or each other.

Cancellations can only be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to your event date. Alterations to your ship/delivery date are subject to our availability and schedule.
